Our jewelry pieces are created with the highest quality silver but even the finest sterling silver jewelry will lose its lustre if not properly cared for. Oxygen and moisture in the air will tarnish sterling silver jewelry, so it's important to properly store your jewelry to help minimize the oxidation process. To avoid tarnishing, store each piece of jewelry in an airtight (Ziploc) bag with an anti-tarnish tab or a packet of silica or a piece of chalk in the storage bag. If you need to clean your jewelry, we suggest using a jewelry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, detergents and commercial jewelry cleaners, especially if the pieces have an oxidized finish.
All of Ozay Jewelry is handcrafted and all efforts will be made to keep the piece as true to the photos as possible. However, due to the nature of the product, color and sizes may vary slightly. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time, without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification or price change.
Ozay Jewelry collects just the amount of information necessary to enable us to serve your needs. Items like name, address information, email, etc. allow us to process your orders and make your visits to our website as convenient as possible. When we do collect Credit Card information we delete the number from our server as soon as it is processed. We will not store your credit card information on our site for your safety and security. While your information is on our site and in transit we do what we can, using the latest in security products, to ensure its safety. Ozay Jewelry takes your privacy very seriously. No one outside the company gets your name, email, or any other piece of information, and only those with a need to know to have access to it within the company. We gather and keep the least amount of information necessary in order to make your experience at our website as convenient as possible.
We are not accepting exchanges as many of our pieces are unique. We are accepting returns for a refund only. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us, by email, in the seven (7) days of delivery and return the product within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, without any signs of wear and tear and undamaged in any way. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. We are offering free shipping in Canada and the United States on all orders over $85.00. International shipping is available for CA$20.00. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In Canada, your order will be shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel with a tracking number unless otherwise specified. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
In the United States, your order will be shipped using Canada Post Small Packet – USA and won’t include a tracking number
Anywhere else in the world, your order will be shipped using Canada Post International Parcel Air and won’t include a tracking number. Due to COVID19, many countries are experiencing delays in their postal services. As such, it may take up to 75 days to ship to other countries and regions over the world. In addition, there might be VAT, duties and custom clearance charges to be paid to your local government upon delivery. Ozay is not responsible for customs charges.
Please note that unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times, should not be relied upon as such and do not form part of the contract between Ozay Jewelry and you. We do our best to ensure your product arrives during the guaranteed shipping window, however, Ozay Jewelry is not responsible for delays by our shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
